📋 Description

• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Vrielmann Academy • Plan, prepare, and deliver seminars in electrical engineering • Teach theoretical and practical technical content to diverse target groups • Conduct hands-on exercises using electrical systems and training equipment • Create and continuously improve seminar materials, presentations, and practical exercises • Develop new training and qualification concepts • Adapt seminar content to different companies and participant groups • Ensure that training content remains technically up to date • Incorporate current standards, regulations, and technological developments • Deliver training both at the academy and directly at customer sites • Collaborate with companies, educational partners, and internal specialist departments

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in electrical engineering • Several years of practical professional experience in electrical engineering • Interest in engaging with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements • Enjoyment of communicating knowledge and technical concepts in an accessible manner • Confident presence when working with different participant groups • Strong communication and presentation skills • Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Experience as an instructor, trainer, or lecturer is an advantage but not a prerequisite
