📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for the team • Provide guidance and expertise in backend development best practices • Drive important product evolutions focused on scalability for global products • Evolve products to address main customer demands and market opportunities • Contribute directly to the organization's success and global growth • Match with teams based on skills and identified seniority level during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in building backend systems for large-scale applications • Demonstrated experience in a technical guidance capacity, successfully guiding project teams and establishing strategic technical direction • Proficiency in multiple programming languages; the team primarily works with C# • Academic background preferably in Engineering courses, such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Portuguese • Hands-on curiosity about AI, using LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools, with thoughtful attention to limitations, safety, and responsible use • Artificial intelligence use is explicitly prohibited during the selection process
