📋 Description

• Profile and diagnose the historical-corpus query pattern in the matching engine to identify serial calls that can be parallelized or cached • Design and implement AWS-based solutions using services such as Lambda, SQS, Step Functions, ElastiCache, and DynamoDB • Build monitoring and cost visibility into scaling changes • Partner with the Director of AI/ML Software Engineering to align infrastructure changes with matching-engine scoring logic • Extend infrastructure practices to Trustbridge components including RFP/RFQ tooling, supplier assessment site, and referral/payment tracking • Support migration of workloads and services to AWS, including migration strategy, data migration, cutovers, and post-migration validation • Document architecture decisions and run books • Execute workstreams against documented SOPs and specifications with AI-assisted tooling • Coordinate daily with the Chief of Staff and receive technical guidance from the senior engineering lead

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 year of work experience listed in the job details • Communication skills: clear speaking, writing, listening, and judgment about when to raise issues • Hard work and reliability • Willingness and ability to learn • Positive attitude • Solid programming fundamentals in any modern language; Python or Node.js is a plus • Exposure to AWS core services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships • Working knowledge of cloud migration concepts, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting, data migration, and minimizing downtime during cutover • Understanding of serial versus parallel execution and caching strategies • Ability to work independently from written specifications and ask questions when specifications are ambiguous
