📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to intelligently support and automate data processing and transformation workflows • Develop, integrate, and continuously optimize AI agents based on Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot • Design and implement agent-based automation solutions for data pipelines • Integrate data sources, databases, and data warehouse platforms • Develop AI-powered solutions for ETL, data integration, and data transformation processes • Connect AI agents to existing applications, APIs, and data platforms • Analyze business requirements and translate them into production-ready AI solutions • Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of developed solutions • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders • Apply modern development, testing, and deployment practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification • At least two to three years of practical experience developing AI agents or AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Copilot-based agent systems • Practical knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformations • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and modern data warehouse solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality • Experience with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD • Good German skills and fluent English • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to independently handle complex technical challenges • Clear communication skills and willingness to take ownership of solutions • Desirable additional skills: Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Desirable additional skills: Snowflake as a cloud data platform • Desirable additional skills: dbt Cloud for data modeling and data transformation • Desirable additional skills: Data Vault architectures • Desirable additional skills: Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps • Desirable additional skills: Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), tool calling, and API-based agent solutions
