📋 Description

• Independently manage large, demanding and complex construction projects in the field of solar shading and weather protection • Take responsibility for projects from the sales handover through factory acceptance and handover of the property to the Service department • Clarify technical details, take measurements and order solar shading products • Attend construction meetings and represent the company’s interests • Coordinate subcontractors and oversee on-site installation • Communicate with customers, site managers, planners and other project stakeholders • Resolve deviations and disruptions while taking contractual provisions into account • Handle the administrative processing and documentation of projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the construction or construction-related sector, ideally supplemented by technical further education • Experience managing projects in a construction environment • Knowledge of solar shading, façade, window or metal construction is an advantage • Confident using technical drawings and CAD; AutoCAD preferred • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of contract administration in accordance with SIA standards • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong communicator who is reliable and works well in a team • Very good written and spoken German
