📋 Description
• Explore technological and organizational levers to structure an effective Citizen IT approach • Identify the most relevant use cases • Compare RPA, low-code, no-code and other solutions • Propose an implementation framework reconciling business agility and IT governance • Map available tools, their features, use cases and conditions for integration into the information system • Produce concrete recommendations that promote Citizen IT adoption while ensuring IT governance • Create a repository of best practices, associated benefits and pitfalls to avoid • Participate in one or more client consulting engagements • Interview companies and software vendors • Produce work that can be published and shared within the office
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate from a top engineering or business school • Engineering degree or Grande École diploma (PGE) • Specialization or strong interest in Data, AI or digital transformation • Initial exposure, through internships or projects, to transformation or business analysis topics • Motivation to discover the consulting profession • Basic knowledge in Data, AI or digital transformation • Understanding of enterprise AI use cases • Awareness of Data & AI governance or operating models • Fundamentals in business analysis or organizational transformation • Sensitivity to ROI, KPIs and value creation issues • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn • Analytical and structuring mindset • Ability to work in a team • Good interpersonal skills and service orientation • Interest in change management • Comfort with oral and written communication • French: fluent level required • English: minimum C1 level required
