• You internalize, reflect on, and communicate agile values and principles to client teams and management • You develop target visions and a tailored “Agile Transformation Roadmap” for the agile transition — in alignment with IT and business departments • You establish continuous learning, ongoing improvement, and an open error culture within the operational project environment • You support the development of an agile mindset at the individual, team, and organizational levels
• You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications • You have proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or Agile Coach in consulting • You embody an agile mindset that enables you to inspire and motivate your environment • Ideally, you have practical experience supporting multiple agile teams — for example as a coach, guide, or navigator • You bring empathy and communication skills, a strong team spirit, and excellent methodological knowledge in facilitation, change management, and team development • You have business-fluent German and English skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant • Advantageous: You have experience setting up and managing innovation processes (e.g., based on Design Thinking, Google Design Sprints) for customer-oriented requirements and change management • You hold relevant certifications (e.g., Systemic Coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, PRINCE2)
