📋 Description

• You internalize, reflect on and communicate agile values and principles to client teams and management. • You develop target visions and an individual “Agile Transformation Roadmap” for the agile change in coordination with IT and the business units. • You establish continuous learning, ongoing development and an open culture of learning from mistakes in the operational project environment. • You foster the development of an agile mindset—at the individual level, within teams and across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably with additional qualifications. • Proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager or Agile Coach in a consulting environment. • An internalized agile mindset that enables you to inspire and motivate those around you. • Ideally, practical experience supporting multiple agile teams as a coach, guide or navigator. • Strong empathy and communication skills, a pronounced team spirit, and excellent facilitation, change management and team development methods knowledge. • Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel in a consulting role.
