📋 Description

• Work in an interdisciplinary team of experts on exciting projects at leading companies focused on Industrial Security. • Advise and coach clients on the cybersecurity of their production or manufacturing processes, e.g., in the automotive sector. • Contribute to organizational development (management systems, policies, processes) or to technical challenges (security concepts, migration measures). • Independently design and manage work packages while continuously expanding professional and IT expertise. • Assume project responsibility as a project or subproject manager. • Provide technical leadership within projects in a coaching role.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. • Several years of project experience in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, critical infrastructure) with a focus on OT Security, preferably from consulting. • Ability to reflect on matters from different perspectives and to bring creative input to discussions. • Enthusiasm for digitalization, technology, and industry. • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
