📋 Description

• Perform accurate and complete closing and funding of loans by reviewing files from Processing for completion, accuracy, required documents, and data integrity in the loan origination system • Liaise with Production, Title, Underwriting, and other departments • Prepare and verify loan documents and mortgages for borrower execution and funding • Schedule notary appointments for mortgage execution • Prepare funding packages • Ensure loans are closed timely and documentation is valid and accurate • Obtain required Underwriting documentation to satisfy closing conditions • Exchange funding documents with the Title company after loan files are closed and documents are completed • Ensure all documents required for investors are included in closing files • Perform other assigned projects and duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related area • At least 5 years of valuable experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments • Direct, hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions, spanning commercial and residential sectors • Demonstrated skill in reviewing and preparing closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions with precision and efficiency • Experience in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations • Deep understanding of loan documentation, lien verification, and strict closing compliance • Experience managing closing processes for commercial transactions and coordinating with brokers • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Monday.com and Quick Base is a plus and highly valued • Strong problem-solving, analytical, time management, organizational, collaborative, adaptability, flexibility, and communication skills • CV submitted in English
