📋 Description

• Review and process biweekly US employee payroll in ADP Workforce Now • Coordinate with Finance and People Department on payroll-related matters • Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve issues • Maintain payroll trackers and employee and contractor records • Review new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and commissions • Reconcile payroll reports between ADP, Deel, and Excel • Review payroll invoices and reconcile payment amounts • Coordinate monthly international contractor payroll through Deel • Coordinate contractor payroll activities and review invoices for payment • Process salary adjustments for international contractors and update payroll files • Coordinate with payroll providers and prepare and distribute wage notices • Conduct payroll audits and data reviews for accurate processing and compliance • Generate ADP and Deel reports and identify discrepancies • Support Finance audits and prepare monthly payroll and turnover reports • Coordinate payroll adjustments for leave balances and terminations • Coordinate payroll processing for new hires • Communicate cash bonus details and expected deposit dates • Track promotions and coordinate contract updates • Provide information about benefits enrollment when within scope • Contribute to payroll policies, procedures, and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred • 2–4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related HR/Finance function preferred • Experience with employee payroll processing and contractor payment administration • Hands-on experience with ADP and Deel preferred • Knowledge of US payroll processing, payroll cycles, taxes, deductions, benefits, and reconciliations • Experience handling international contractor payments is an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining accurate records, reports, and trackers • Understanding of payroll documentation and reconciliation procedures • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential payroll and compensation information • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict, recurring payroll deadlines • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • US payroll processing • Payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits • Payroll reconciliation and reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) • Payroll systems: ADP Workforce Now and Deel • Ability to work independently with confidentiality and discretion
