📋 Description

• Shape and further develop the strategic direction of the Product Planning and Management business domain in line with the company’s goals • Analyze business requirements, identify potential, and derive actionable strategies and digital solutions • Take responsibility for planning, managing, and professionally developing the domain • Successfully bring together business, technology, instructional design, and user needs • Evaluate existing business and product processes and identify opportunities for digitalization • Support the implementation of sustainable solutions to enable a scalable, high-quality learning experience • Prioritize initiatives, epics, and requirements and ensure value-driven backlog management • Analyze relevant KPIs, derive recommendations for action, and promote data-driven decision-making within the domain • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration as a central interface, create transparency, and connect diverse stakeholders as well as other Business and Digital Domain Owners • Work closely with other Business Domain Owners and Technical Domain Owners • Further develop WBS GRUPPE’s digital education ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, education management, digital business, or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience • Several years of experience managing complex business requirements and further developing digital products, processes, or platforms • Sound understanding of collaboration between business and IT functions • Experience prioritizing requirements, managing stakeholders, and supporting strategic planning processes • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and data-driven decision-making frameworks • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with a passion for cross-functional collaboration • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Berlin • Interest in digitalization, innovation, and the continued development of modern education offerings • Experience in transformation or change projects with a digital focus • Enthusiasm for AI-powered solutions and their use in optimizing business and education processes • Understanding of agile ways of working and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
