📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Design and apply a variety of teaching methods • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Contribute to quality assurance measures • Support the development of course participants’ competencies • Provide practical knowledge and support individualized learning processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online instruction • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., P2WTTT certificate or AEVO certification • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
