📋 Description

• Define technical objectives, ways of working, and architecture for the development team • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for developers • Own the architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform together with the Lead D365 Consultant • Hands-on development of plugins, Custom APIs, integrations, and complex technical features • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards • Ensure the maintainability of plugins, JavaScript extensions, PCF controls, and Power Automate flows • Own the technical architecture of solution layers, managed solutions, publisher prefixes, and Azure DevOps ALM pipelines • Design and develop integrations with third-party systems, from API design through authentication • Document architecture decisions in Architecture Decision Records and make them binding • Approve technical solution approaches from the joint refinement process • Own the technical aspects of monthly production releases, including release planning and the hotfix process • Mentor and support the professional development of senior, mid-level, and junior developers • Represent the team in cross-functional architecture forums and provide technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform • In-depth knowledge of plugins and Custom APIs (C#/.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript (Xrm Client API), Power Automate, and the Dataverse data model • Solid experience with solution layering and ALM • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across multiple environments using Azure DevOps, Git, and pull request-based workflows • Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus) • Proficiency with the Azure Portal in a D365 context • Experience with app registrations and service principals (Microsoft Entra ID) • Experience managing secrets with Azure Key Vault • Experience with monitoring using Application Insights • Experience designing and evaluating cloud architectures in the Microsoft Azure context • Experience in technical leadership—as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or through demonstrable mentoring responsibilities • Ability to make, document, and advocate for architecture decisions with the team and stakeholders • Fluent communication in German and English (at least C1+) • Based in Germany or Austria • Experience with PCF controls, ideally using React (preferred) • Microsoft certification PL-400 or PL-600 (preferred) • Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform (preferred) • Functional experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights (Journeys/Data) (preferred)
