📋 Description

• Subject-specific tutoring from a home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Teaching knowledge of ALLPLAN for CAD-based construction planning • Applying various teaching methods when designing lessons • Conducting competency assessments • Supporting participants throughout the intensive qualification program to become CAD specialists • Preparing participants for practical professional requirements • Supporting professional skills development and integration into the job market • Shaping modern, practice-oriented learning as a source of inspiration and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification • At least three years of professional experience in this field • Proof of ACP certification or willingness to obtain it • Sound knowledge of Allplan, particularly the creation and editing of 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols • Knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization • Familiarity with BIM standards and processes • Experience with advanced functions such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting • Experience with building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, staircases, foundations, and roof structures • Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management • Teaching and instructional skills • Strong methodological and didactic ability to communicate course content • Independent, structured way of working with a high level of personal responsibility • Very good command of German as the language of instruction at C2 level • Teaching qualification (trainer certification under AEVO or Train-the-Trainer) desirable
