📋 Description

• Subject-specific tutoring from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Teaching Allplan for CAD-based construction planning • Applying a range of teaching methods • Conducting competency assessments • Supporting participants on their path to becoming CAD professionals • Preparing participants for the requirements of professional practice • Promoting sustainable skills development and integration into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification • At least three years of professional experience in this field • ACP certification or willingness to obtain it • In-depth knowledge of Allplan, particularly 2D elements, text, dimensioning, and symbols • Knowledge of 3D modeling, visualization, and BIM standards and processes • Knowledge of macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting • Experience with building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, staircases, foundations, and roof structures • Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management • Teaching skills and strong methodological and didactic abilities • Independent, structured approach to work with a high level of personal responsibility • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Teaching qualification (trainer aptitude certification in accordance with AEVO or Train-the-Trainer) desirable
