📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is the competence development of course participants • In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Use of various teaching methods to design lessons • Preparation and creation of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains • Case studies from projects, training experiences, or reports from professional practice

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree with a focus on chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, pharmacy and/or law • Several years of professional experience in the environmental sector • Knowledge of REACH, CLP, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (Gefahrstoffverordnung) and international chemicals regulations • Business-minded, with an entrepreneurial approach to thinking and acting • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education or presenting case studies • Methodical and didactic skills in conveying instructional content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
