📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight • In your role as an instructor, the primary goal is the development of participants' competencies • In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Applying a variety of teaching methods to structure lessons • Preparing and designing lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency growth

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent • At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience • Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Server environments • Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (advantageous) • Interest in AI and ChatGPT and the ability to integrate them effectively into teaching • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., training certificate according to AEVO) • Strong instructional and didactic skills in delivering course content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
