📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Prepare participants for the IHK examination for Office Management Clerks • Design and apply a range of teaching methods • Deliver learning content using effective methodological and didactic approaches • Support and shape the transition from input-oriented teaching to self-directed knowledge acquisition • Implement practical, hands-on knowledge-transfer concepts • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Promote the professional competency development of course participants • Act as a source of input and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk • At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience • Relevant practical experience as a trainer or instructor, including examination preparation • In-depth knowledge of the current learning content for the Office Management Clerk apprenticeship in accordance with IHK requirements • Knowledge of payment transactions, investment, financing, and annual financial statements • Knowledge of operational HR management • Knowledge of the fundamentals of payroll processing • Knowledge of marketing, sales, communication, and project management • Knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and career management • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Current, practice-oriented knowledge of Lexware is desirable
