📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction • Prepare and develop learning materials related to the course in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Represent the subject area as a passionate and forward-thinking freelance trainer • Support course participants in developing their competencies • Facilitate instruction both as a subject-matter presenter and as a learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in healthcare • At least two years of professional experience in primary care, with extensive knowledge of medical billing • Knowledge of billing with various healthcare payers (EBM, GOÄ, BG) • Proven, training-ready expertise in practice management • Proficiency with the Medistar practice management software • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience delivering training (e.g., in-house training, workshops, or seminars) • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of experience providing adult education • Strong methodological and didactic skills for communicating learning content • Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high level of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and innovative lesson design • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
