📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific training remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Develop and apply a range of teaching methods • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Contribute to quality assurance measures • Support course participants in developing their skills • Provide practical, individualized knowledge transfer • Act as a source of input and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. P2WTTT certificate or AEVO qualification • Strong methodological and instructional skills for delivering educational content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
