📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize digital media strategies aligned with client growth objectives. • Identify growth opportunities through user behavior, conversion funnels, and market data. • Plan and execute A/B tests and rapid experiments to validate growth hypotheses. • Develop integrated cross-channel media plans across paid, owned, and earned platforms. • Manage and optimize performance on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other media partners. • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to launch data-informed growth initiatives. • Analyze key KPIs and generate actionable insights to continuously improve performance. • Develop and present data-driven media strategies and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date on growth trends, digital innovations, and algorithm updates. • Maintain a test-and-learn culture while balancing quick wins with long-term strategic bets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in media planning, performance marketing, or growth roles. • Proven experience running experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition or conversion. • Strong knowledge of media buying platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs). • Familiarity with funnel analysis, user acquisition strategies, and retention tactics. • Analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or BigQuery. • Understanding of SEO, CRO, landing page optimization, and digital user journeys. • Hands-on experience with growth tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, Unbounce, Zapier). • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Business acumen, creativity, and a strong desire to challenge the norm. • A startup or agile marketing mindset is a big plus.
