📋 Description

• Develop and manage strategic DSP advertising executions aligned with clients’ overall goals • Own and improve DSP advertising best practices to increase performance and effectiveness • Stay current on the evolving programmatic advertising landscape through self-education and engagement with other teams at BBE • Use communication skills and report building to nurture brand relationships • Encourage efficient growth in advertising spend through a test-and-learn approach • Drive the growth and effectiveness of clients’ programmatic advertising efforts • Identify opportunities to improve advertising performance • Build strong relationships with brands through clear communication and thoughtful reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Amazon DSP • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills • Ability to read, interpret, and use data to inform advertising strategies • Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients • Ability to effectively communicate with clients • Available work-from-home setup • Desktop/laptop with 4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 or above or Mac OSX operating system • Own dual monitors • Stable wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution • Preferred: past agency experience • Preferred: understanding of advanced ad product types such as StreamingTV, Audio, and Private Marketplace Deals
