📋 Description

• Apply a detail-oriented approach to ticket intake, troubleshooting, and documentation • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear communication to support efficient issue resolution • Engage end users with an approachable and empathetic demeanor • Practice active listening to understand user concerns and their technical and business context • Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset during support interactions • Collaborate as a team player and independent contributor • Adapt to shifting priorities and support teammates when needed • Provide IT support during US hours

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Help Desk or technical support operations • Ability to support US hours • Basic understanding of user and group administration principles • Experience with productivity software environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Proficiency in device troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices • Fundamental awareness of networking and security impact • Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues using a structured, methodical approach • Professional and empathetic communication skills • Available work-from-home setup • Desktop/laptop with 4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 or above or Mac OS X • Own dual monitors • Strong and stable wired internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
