📋 Description

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices • Manage and actively follow up on queries in the central finance inbox • Execute operational tasks and controls within expense management systems such as Pleo and Ramp • Identify opportunities and advise on automating and optimizing financial operations using AI tools • Support the finance team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Available for 16 hours per week, with flexible hours, preferably at fixed moments • Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 1 year of accounting experience, such as processing bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable • Advanced proficiency in Dutch and ability to work with Dutch accounting and banking systems • Hands-on knowledge and experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive, self-starter mindset suitable for an international, remote-first environment • Eager to learn and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of Weaviate's finance function • Alignment with Weaviate's company values • Legal work authorization or right to work in the country where the candidate plans to live and work • Background check as part of onboarding
