📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex tasks, reasoning, planning, and decision-making • Build LLM-powered applications using Python, LangChain, and relevant AI frameworks • Develop agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar orchestration tools • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases • Design and implement multi-agent systems • Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services • Develop solutions using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI models • Explore and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents with tools, data sources, and services • Optimize prompts, model performance, response accuracy, latency, and token consumption • Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs • Evaluate, test, debug, and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, and security • Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience • Strong programming experience in Python with hands-on expertise in building backend applications and AI solutions • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications • Hands-on experience with LangChain for developing LLM-powered applications, chains, tools, and AI workflows • Understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, embeddings, and context management • Experience building and integrating AI-powered applications using APIs and external data sources • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to build scalable and maintainable solutions • Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs and models preferred as a good-to-have skill • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations preferred as a good-to-have skill • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks preferred as a good-to-have skill • Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS preferred as a good-to-have skill • Exposure to multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and AI-based decision-making preferred as a good-to-have skill • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred as a good-to-have skill • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment practices preferred as a good-to-have skill • 3–6 years of overall experience in software development, AI engineering, or backend development • Demonstrable hands-on experience developing LLM-based applications and AI-powered solutions • Strong understanding of modern AI architectures and emerging agentic AI technologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
