📋 Description

• Design and prototype evaluation boards for new product lines • Develop reinforcement learning environments to simulate and evaluate hardware performance • Architect ASIC designs, including floorplanning, schematic capture, and verification • Implement FPGA solutions using VHDL/Verilog and manage synthesis flows • Conduct RTL design reviews and enforce coding standards • Optimize power, area, and timing in silicon implementations • Integrate hardware with embedded software and perform system-level testing • Collaborate with hardware validation and test teams to produce test plans and scripts • Prepare documentation for design specifications, test reports, and release notes • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the engineering group • Develop and implement electronic solutions, ensuring scalability and manufacturability • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ASIC and FPGA design • Proficiency in HDL languages (Verilog, VHDL) and RTL verification techniques • Familiarity with reinforcement learning frameworks and their application to hardware • Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals, signal integrity, and power management • Experience with synthesis, placement, routing, and timing analysis tools • Ability to design and debug evaluation boards and signal trace methodologies • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, iterative development environment • Passion for learning emerging technologies and continuous improvement
