📋 Description

• Record Castilian Spanish audio for a leading AI lab • Help improve the AI model’s ability to handle and produce audio data • Speak using a neutral-to-upbeat customer service voice with clear enunciation and consistent pacing • Record or edit transcripts to match natural punctuation and pacing • Submit professionally edited WAV audio files meeting the specified technical standards • Participate in onboarding and a kickoff call after contract acceptance and ID verification

🎯 Requirements

• Native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain • Proficient English speaker • Ability to speak in a “customer service” voice with neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, and consistent pacing • Close attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes; ability to record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing • Professional audio recording setup including a home studio, professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software for post-production • Submissions in WAV format, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end and no audible breathing • Availability for a kickoff call • Commitment of 2–10 hours per week • ID verification clearance before onboarding
