📋 Description

• Extract, prepare, and validate data from ERP, EDP, and other business systems • Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel • Help automate reporting processes using Power Automate, VBA, SQL, and other workflow tools • Support data cleansing, transformation, and maintenance of structured databases and data models • Participate in developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions • Document reporting processes, data sources, and automation workflows • Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions • Support projects that improve decision-making across the supply chain organization

🎯 Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization principles • Understanding of SQL and database concepts is an advantage • Interest in automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or similar technologies • Ability to work with large data sets and learn new analytical tools quickly • Familiarity with ERP or enterprise systems is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Interest in business processes and supply chain operations • Ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple tasks • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude
