📋 Description

• Architect and govern cloud security controls across AWS and GCP using Zero Trust principles • Embed automated security testing and threat modeling into CI/CD pipelines • Promote a Shift-Left security culture across development teams • Define and execute runtime security, posture management, and compliance for Kubernetes/EKS/GKE and serverless architectures • Design and enforce security boundaries and guardrails for AI/LLM deployments, including RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI workflows • Evaluate and mitigate risks aligned with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and the MITRE ATLAS framework • Support threat intelligence initiatives • Secure the cloud platform and ensure cloud-provider security controls are configured correctly and integrated into the security strategy • Identify, analyze, and report vulnerabilities • Configure vulnerability management tools • Inspire and empower colleagues while fostering a supportive wellbeing-focused environment

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with multi-cloud architecture and security controls in AWS and GCP • Proven experience implementing Zero Trust posture, least-privilege identity architecture, and micro-segmentation • Strong background securing containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with serverless technologies including AWS Lambda, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions • Expertise driving Shift-Left initiatives using SAST, DAST, SCA, and IaC security tooling in DevSecOps pipelines • Practical understanding of AI security risks, including OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, prompt injection defense, AI guardrails, MCP integrations, RAG data pipelines, and Agentic AI interactions • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate synchronously and asynchronously in English when needed • Experience with identity provider platforms such as Azure AD, Keycloak, and Okta • Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) • Broad understanding of cybersecurity frameworks including OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK • Ability to create scripts for automating security tasks • Familiarity with incident management and change management • Prior experience in Cloud Security and Infrastructure is mandatory
