📋 Description

• Own end-to-end administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of core corporate IT platforms, including Google Workspace, access tools, and endpoint ecosystems • Drive enterprise AI strategy by evaluating, installing, configuring, maintaining, and integrating tools such as Gemini and Claude • Monitor AI token costs and system efficiency • Establish and maintain multi-quarter technology roadmaps for owned platforms • Anticipate business needs, evaluate market innovations, and execute time-bound milestones • Lead vendor relationship management, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, SLA enforcement, and technical escalations • Own software licensing and cost optimization through usage audits and tier right-sizing • Partner with Infosec, Legal, and Compliance on secure access policies, ZTNA/SASE, SSO/MFA, SOC 2, and GDPR standards • Serve as an escalation subject-matter expert and build automated self-service workflows • Solve complex cross-functional challenges alongside internal squads • Collaborate with infrastructure, information security, and executive leadership • Report directly to the Corporate IT Director as a high-level technical lead and individual contributor without people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Highly experienced technical leader with hands-on experience in corporate IT engineering and enterprise systems architecture • Proven track record as an individual contributor • Expert Google Workspace administration at scale • In-depth knowledge of Admin Console settings, DLP, SSO/MFA, and enterprise productivity governance • Deep familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI • Ability to deploy, integrate, manage access, and govern usage costs for enterprise AI tools • Extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS vendors, SLAs, and complex contract renewals • Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority • Knowledge of secure cloud access, network connectivity, Zscaler or equivalent SASE/ZTNA, and data residency compliance • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English • Prior experience in Google Workspace enterprise administration is mandatory • Hands-on enterprise AI implementation/governance is mandatory • Fluent English is mandatory
