📋 Description

• Own product for the Occupational Health bet within New Ventures • Translate the Founder/GM’s commercial thesis and market insight into product requirements, sequencing, and roadmap • Reshape the product roadmap based on learning and customer feedback • Redefine occupational-health workflows around members, companies, and AI • Work with engineering to embed AI into scheduling, triage, compliance reporting, and back-office operations • Partner with legal, compliance, and SST domain experts on NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial-risk requirements • Set OKRs, goals, and success metrics with the Founder/GM • Report progress transparently on what is and is not working • Engage directly with HR and SST buyers, clinics, and brokers alongside the commercial team • Lead backlog, rituals, and delivery with design and engineering craft leads • Keep the team focused and shipping weekly • Take the bet from early hypotheses through validation, MVP, first paying customers, and scale • Make decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly based on evidence • Promote wellbeing and create a supportive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including building a product from zero to one • Experience in, or close proximity to, a highly regulated or compliance-heavy market such as health, insurance, benefits, HR tech, occupational safety, or similar • Comfort making product decisions where moving fast has real limits • AI-native approach and comfort directing AI agents to compress manual work • Comfort learning and adapting to rapidly changing AI capabilities • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to use data and metrics to generate insight and prioritize • Ability to determine what to measure while the business is still being defined • Entrepreneurial and self-driven approach with a bias to ship and sell • Judgment to identify which corners cannot be cut • Comfort operating without an established product organization or process • Advanced English required • Ability to work daily with stakeholders across Brazil, the United States, and the European Union
