📋 Description

• Lead Platform Services Mobile Foundations engineering initiatives in Brazil • Lead a multidisciplinary software engineering team building frontend and mobile platform foundations, SDKs, and integration services • Oversee services including push notifications, identity, and localization across the Wellhub ecosystem • Bridge technical architecture, people leadership, and project management • Directly manage engineers and drive technical execution • Align product roadmaps with system architecture • Mentor team members in career growth • Guide React and React Native architectural discussions • Perform code and design reviews • Maintain delivery quality • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional platform initiatives • Align frontend/mobile requirements with Backend-for-Frontend and core services • Serve as liaison between Product, UX, and consumer teams to negotiate technical scope, roadmaps, and integration standards • Establish best practices for testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience • Foster a supportive, inclusive wellbeing-focused engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams, including people management, hiring, performance management, and career development • Solid software engineering background with hands-on experience in React and React Native ecosystems • Experience with modern frontend/mobile architecture • Track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment • Ability to balance engineering quality with time-to-market • Understanding of distributed system architecture • Knowledge of modern mobile architectures, Micro Frontends, BFF (Node.js), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including roadmap execution, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English • Prior experience in React / React Native and mobile architecture are mandatory requirements • Inclusive, collaborative approach and interest in mentoring developers
