📋 Description

• Generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines • Create high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, and Google • Scale winning creative angles into high-performing variations • Adapt hooks and visual pacing based on performance insights • Assemble and polish final creatives with narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, and clean compositing • Contribute ideas for AI-driven ad formats, testing methodologies, and technical approaches to visual storytelling • Monitor new developments in the AI ecosystem • Integrate new generative tools into daily production workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI generation and dubbing tools, including Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, and ElevenLabs • Ability to engineer prompts and clean up generated assets for production • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects • Strong proficiency in Figma for asset nesting, source layouts, fast assembly, and text animation • Portfolio demonstrating excellent visual pacing and understanding of digital ad dynamics • Strong eye for typography and contrast • Performance-marketing mindset and understanding of how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds of a video • Self-driven and organized, with ability to manage asset delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment • Open-minded approach to creative feedback and data-driven updates • Experience or strong interest in AI assistants and agents, such as Claude Artifacts/Skills, GPTs, or custom scripts (nice to have) • Familiarity with node-based generative tools or advanced AI video environments (nice to have) • Working proficiency in English (nice to have)
