📋 Description

• Review and refine machine-translated customer service content, including help articles, UI strings, and internal support documentation • Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE) • Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning • Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement • Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS) • Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills • Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset • Ability to work independently in an online environment • Previous experience working in a TMS is a plus • Successful completion of required assessments
