📋 Description

• Execute functional and linguistic QA by following testing instructions and test cases • Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries • Review, create, and validate metadata for film, TV, and music content • Log, track, and prioritize issues and provide clear, actionable feedback • Meet productivity and quality targets while handling repetitive tasks • Make informed judgment calls in ambiguous situations and escalate risks as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams • Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for the target locale • Evaluate written and spoken content quality • Monitor and improve product quality and partner data integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency and cultural fluency in your target language • Experience with localization tools, bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), or CMS platforms • Ability to work 1pm–9:30pm IST • Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, as assigned by management • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and quality targets • Ability to make informed judgment calls in ambiguous situations and escalate risks as needed • Clear spoken and written communication in both languages
