📋 Description

• Review and refine localized Lithuanian content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and cultural or contextual accuracy • Execute product test cases and identify localization bugs • Write and report bugs and errors through internal and client-specific bug-tracking systems • Verify that implemented fixes have been resolved correctly • Translate content from English into Lithuanian when needed • Explore user interfaces to identify localization and functional issues • Evaluate translations in software, mobile apps, and documentation • Act as a Lithuanian linguistic subject matter expert • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate testing issues • Complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and according to quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Lithuanian fluency • Native language skills and cultural awareness of Lithuanian and Lithuania • Good oral and written communication • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to understand and prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently • Ability to accurately follow testing instructions and test cases • Experience or background in Marketing, Journalism, Copy Editing, Proofreading, Writing, Translation, and/or Localization • Ability to research and resolve linguistic questions in Lithuanian • Ability to troubleshoot basic problems, communicate effectively, and escalate testing issues • Familiarity with project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries
