📋 Description
• Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session • Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow • Support recording sessions independently following calibration • Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) • Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery • Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions • Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each
