📋 Description

• Review and assess digital video and audio quality • Troubleshoot video and system playback issues • Identify trends and propose short- and long-term solutions • Respond quickly and decisively to technical issues • Support video quality operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment • Work with subscription video content services and their product offerings • Join Welocalize’s Ireland team supporting AI-enabled multilingual content solutions

🎯 Requirements

• British Sign Language (BSL) is required • Strong technical video knowledge and background/work experience in video editing • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry • Thorough working knowledge of common technical issues in digital video and audio • 2–4 years of experience working with digital video • Ability to troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends • Ability to propose short- and long-term solutions • Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity with their product offerings • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge • Valid work authorization for Ireland with no need for sponsorship • Willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday shifts during Irish Standard Time • Professional/advanced proficiency in another language is optional but valuable
