📋 Description

• Assess the scope of each project and complete project quotes • Communicate with the Project Management team to ensure client requests are met in a timely manner • Support project completion through the development and use of language tools and pilot processes • Prepare quotes and calculate client turnaround times • Follow up on quotes to achieve the target acceptance rate • Monitor client satisfaction and changes in service usage • Provide feedback on client satisfaction and service completion • Detect new sales opportunities, bring in add-on business, and retain existing accounts • Discuss and plan sales strategies for existing clients with Business Developers • Advise clients on project management, product specifications, and expenses • Implement sales actions to improve workflows and increase margins • Meet KPIs for quoted money, accepted money, and price per project • Communicate project information clearly, concisely, and professionally • Convey specific client requests to Project Managers • Register correct client and Welocalize legal entities, purchase orders, and billing schedules when creating projects

🎯 Requirements

• Essential: Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields • Essential: Fluent in English • Essential: Total Command of Microsoft Office • Desirable: Knowledge of other language • Desirable: Knowledge of MEMOQ, SDL and FineReader
