📋 Description

• Leads complex quality analysis, program coordination, and process optimization • Owns client reporting for assigned projects and mentors junior staff • Builds and maintains quality dashboards covering throughput, accuracy, error mix, and trend lines • Performs sampling and guideline-adherence checks; logs defects with categorization and severity • Tracks corrective actions to closure; verifies re-tests and documents outcomes • Coordinates training sessions and refreshers; manages attendance and quick assessments • Keeps guidelines, SOPs, and rubrics current and version-controlled; manages release notes • Prepares client-ready exports with consistent formatting and footnotes • Liaises with PMs and Operations to align timelines and inputs for reporting and audits • Manages access requests and permissions for QA tools and folders • Supports vendor coordination, including checklists, SLAs, and documentation requests • Identifies minor process gaps and suggests simple fixes such as templates and checklists • Manages small/medium quality workstreams within defined processes • Makes independent routine decisions and seeks guidance for non-standard items • Collaborates with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or a related language field strongly preferred; degrees in Quality, Operations, Business, or Data/Engineering also considered, or equivalent experience • Graduates of top-tier universities preferred • 3-7 years of experience in operations/quality coordination, linguistic quality review, or data analysis • Organization across multiple small workstreams; attention to detail • Clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and PMs • Good use of spreadsheets and task boards; basic BI familiarity is a plus • Applies SOPs and QA checks consistently; escalates risks early • Operates independently day to day in a remote environment • Manages small/medium quality workstreams within defined processes • Independent in routine decisions; seeks guidance for non-standard items • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
