📋 Description

• Plan and implement Werder, fan, and partner events (project management) • Organize home matchdays (stadium program, PR, and promotional activities) • Support the stadium operations team during home matches • Contribute to brand management and other marketing projects

🎯 Requirements

• No professional experience required • The internship must last at least 6 months • Motivation and creativity to create unforgettable experiences for fans and partners • Previous experience in event organization is preferred • Hands-on mentality and ability to work as part of a team • Structured, communicative, and independent working style • Passion for football • Degree program or vocational training with a focus on marketing, media management, event management, or a related field • Interest in and experience with event execution • Good knowledge of MS Office • Basic knowledge of image editing and graphic design software
