📋 Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents reported by clients, with support from senior professionals in more complex cases • Implement workarounds and targeted fixes using Java/Spring and Angular • Analyze logs, databases, and integrations to identify the root cause of reported issues • Prioritize and handle tickets according to severity and SLA, in collaboration with the N1 and N2 teams • Document analyses, diagnoses, and solutions implemented, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s knowledge base • Contribute to the stability, quality, and operational continuity of the educational ERP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field • Experience in Full Stack development using Java • Experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Experience in front-end development using Angular • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Experience with Git and code version control • Experience with software architecture • Experience integrating systems • Experience with microservices and application decoupling • Experience with Docker • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience with automated testing and software development best practices • Preferred: certifications in Java, Spring Framework, Angular or React, Docker, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban • Preferred: experience working with products for the education sector • Preferred: experience in technology transformation and system modernization projects • Preferred: knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering • Preferred: Oracle certifications for the Java platform
