📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs across global regions • Lead programs involving cloud migrations, data center operations, network architecture improvements, server lifecycle management, and database platform modernization • Define program scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria with infrastructure specialists • Drive work breakdown structures, execution plans, and multi-quarter roadmaps • Oversee AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise data center initiatives • Partner with cloud engineering teams on migration, deployment, and operational readiness • Coordinate network engineering and security efforts, including firewall configurations, VPNs, load balancing, and network monitoring • Facilitate continuous planning and alignment with technology, product, architecture, and business priorities • Own and drive technical implementation programs and workstreams • Monitor execution progress, surface risks, and facilitate course corrections • Engage stakeholders, provide updates, maintain transparency, and report status in fluent English • Facilitate migrations and organizational change • Identify infrastructure performance, capacity, security, and compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies • Manage cross-project, cross-technology, and cross-team dependencies • Ensure use of standard project management tools, ideally Atlassian suite, and maintain data hygiene • Support Jira stewardship, reporting, and capitalization tracking • Track program performance using data and metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Staff-level experience managing highly complex, interdependent projects across multiple time zones • Strong technical acumen and program management skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to cross-functional initiatives • Ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams, navigate complex dependencies, and use structured delivery frameworks • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English with senior stakeholders • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale migrations and infrastructure transformations across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments • Hands-on familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), containerization/orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD deployment pipelines • Direct experience managing cross-functional programs or projects involving relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) • Ability to identify technical risks across distributed systems, manage change, and resolve critical-path dependencies at enterprise level • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) desired • Previous experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments desired • Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT desired
