🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic • Current APC • Lived experience and a deep understanding of diverse communities in Aotearoa • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holistic models of wellbeing • Minimum 1–3 years (or more) clinical experience • Clinical experience ideally in acute and primary care • Triage and assessment skills • Willingness to engage with tikanga • Ability to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and nights
