📋 Description
• Translate innovative road and soil stabilization solutions into practical engineering methodologies. • Develop construction methods (layer design, compaction, curing processes) and benchmark non-traditional solutions. • Define lab and field testing programs, QA/QC procedures, and performance acceptance criteria. • Support pilot road sections, trials, and post-construction evaluations. • Ensure compliance with Saudi road and infrastructure standards; liaise with authorities and public-sector entities. • Prepare technical reports, implementation guidelines, and presentations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • 10+ years in road construction, pavement engineering, and soil stabilization. • Experience with Saudi road authorities or EPC contractors. • Expertise in unpaved/low-volume roads, desert/arid soils, and alternative construction materials. • Background in sustainable infrastructure or large public-sector/giga-projects. • Familiarity with Saudi and international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS, EN). • Experience supporting pilot projects and authority approvals.
