📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test hardware solutions in line with client and project requirements • Support prototyping, validation, and production readiness activities • Represent projects in meetings across Europe, with occasional international trips • Liaise with Turkish-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Deliver technical documentation, reports, and recommendations that clients can act on • Support clients on hardware engineering projects from design and prototyping to testing and production support • Act as the technical bridge for Turkish-speaking stakeholders and markets

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish plus professional English • Proven hardware engineering experience in design, prototyping, testing, or production support • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field • Currently based in Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (Schengen visa holders only), or the UK (Scotland only) • Right to work as a freelancer in your country of residence • Willing and able to travel regularly within Europe, occasionally beyond • Self-directed: comfortable owning projects end-to-end
