📋 Description
• Research and build blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms • Prepare detailed design documents and testing strategies according to requirements • Promote technical experience sharing within the team • Support the community through effective communications and documentation • Research and execute open-source blockchain projects on platforms such as Ethereum, Cosmos, OP, or ZK Rollup
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 1–5 years of work experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas • Design and development experience in blockchain or distributed systems • Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures • Ability to quickly conduct POC development and validation • Proficiency in Go and Rust • Highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity • Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain • Familiarity with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms • Open-source blockchain project experience is preferred • Ability to quickly read English papers and materials • Strong research ability and self-drive • Fluent in English and Chinese • Existing R&D and execution track record on Ethereum, Cosmos, OP, or ZK Rollup is a plus
