📋 Description

• Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Document Management: Send document checklists to clients, follow up on missing or incomplete requirements, verify the accuracy and validity of documents. • Lender Pricing & Proposal Preparation: Complete lender pricing requests, order valuations when needed, review lender policies to ensure accurate loan structuring, prepare high-quality credit proposals. • Data Entry & Loan Submission: Enter client and loan data into CRM and lender portals, upload all supporting documentation, submit the full loan application to the lender. • Managing Conditions & Client Follow-ups: Gather outstanding documents to satisfy lender conditions, coordinate closely with clients to ensure timely completion, present final files for broker review before re-submission. • Valuation Coordination: Order valuations (if not done earlier), follow up on valuation progress and address any valuation concerns. • Formal Approval & Settlement Prep: Communicate formal approval updates to both broker and client, assist in preparing the file for the settlement stage.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience or background in SalesTrekker (SalesTrekker proficiency is a big advantage!) • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Equipment is self-provided • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps • Dual Monitor
