📋 Description

• Responsible for all websites within the CREATE Group: Wingman Group, Fortify Technology, Housemark, Housemark Escapes, and Delta Wealth • Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites • Focus on website performance, responsiveness, and clean, modern designs • Work collaboratively with the onshore team • Deliver high-quality, timely projects • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins • Convert Figma or design files into functional responsive websites when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building custom WordPress websites, not just using templates • Experience utilising WordPress core, custom themes, and development • Confidence with front-end and back-end development and clean coding • Ability to convert Figma or design files into fully functional, responsive sites is a bonus • Experience with WordPress custom themes and plugins • Elementor • SEO knowledge • PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • MySQL and REST APIs • HubSpot, Figma, WPBakery, and ACF are bonuses • Self-provided equipment • Computer with at least 8GB RAM • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 12th generation or newer processor • 512GB HDD/SSD • Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, power bank, or UPS • Secondary/external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Internet bandwidth of 40–50 Mbps minimum for both download and upload • BIR self-registration and contributions required by the government • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • English proficiency test • Personality test • 1–2 minute self-introduction video • 1-minute sample call voice recording
